It has always struck me that the habits of humanity and their food have mostly been driven by the need for sophistication and rarely by our nutritious requirements to function at our optimum potential. Perhaps the most important change we can make in this trend is to consciously recognise that we are in fact what we eat and create our food with the love that our mind, body and spirit deserve by definition of being truly alive.

On my nature walk today I had with me the most DELICIOUS (as well as the most energy-sustaining) Bliss Balls ever produced!!
Carob, dried fruit, medjool dates, seeds, almond butter, cocoa nibs and some coconut all rolled up, have me set for the day!
I think I would be pretty content with life if I had a coconut tree in my backyard.. 🌴🌴
We have become so brainwashed that we think it is ‘normal’ to eat a meal of processed, adulterated foods from a tin can, cardboard box, or frozen dinner containing man-made chemical ingredients that can’t even be pronounced by most people.. but that someone who insists on eating foods exactly as they are found in nature is radical?

Recently I have been realising that the less complicated my life is, the truly happier I am!
I use to be a avid cafe-goer and would spend ridiculous amounts of money everyday just to feed myself on what would usually be the smallest meals ever - sometimes spending a whole days food budget on one meal!!
Now all I need is some ripe fruit, my blender, 30 seconds and I’m set!
Constant head-fog from worrying about what to eat, where to eat, ingredient lists etc is unnecessary when you adopt a minimalist attitude and begin to live simply. Trust in nature and it will always provide :)
smoothie contains 6 ripe frozen bananas, 3 dates, bag of berries, vanilla stevia and coconut water
Compassion is based on a keen awareness of the interdependence of all living beings, which are all part of one another, and all involved in one another

Snickers use to be my all time favourite chocolate bar when I was growing up, and thankfully I can now treat myself to natures cruelty-free version!
Stuff almond/peanut butter in some Organic Medjool Dates and you’re set! Great before work, school,or a hike xx
The happiest people don’t have the best of everything. They make the best of everything.
Every single time I go and do my groceries, I always marvel at the fact that for the price of 1 cup of coffee, I can get my hands on a massive bag of ripe bananas which will provide me with breakfast for the next 4-5 days.
Although eating predominantly Raw can be perceived as an inconvenience and not cost effective, it actually is the easiest and cheapest way to eat!
All you have to do is be a little bit creative and this lifestyle will end up being one of the easiest things you’ve ever done :)
To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to it
